Valencay

A scan of an unfortunately unlabelled photograph i took back in the 1980s, i think this was taken at Newhaven and this ferry was soon taking me over to France as part of a school trip to Paris. Valencay certainly did do the Newhaven-Dieppe run in the 70s and 80s so i'm probably right...

Welcome to the Boat Photos blog!

Welcome to the Boat Photos blog, which as you can probably guess is a blog of boat photographs which i have taken as i travel Britain's waterways. Most of the photos are from Britain's inland waterways but occasionally something sea going too. I take many photos and have literally thousands of photos of boats, ships and other water craft i could use so i am hoping to update this blog every day.

To start things off a photo of some narrowboats in Stratford-upon-Avon.
